When an account is deleted from within the app, all your personal data, including basic information and subscription records are immediately and permanently removed from our servers, and cannot be recovered.

If you are unable to access your account, you can request the deletion of your account and data by contacting us via email. Your account and data will be immediately and permanently deleted upon receiving the request:

We collect the minimal information you provide voluntarily when creating an account or contacting support. This includes basic information (such as your email address) and an anonymous device hash for license validation. We do not collect advertising IDs or track your physical location.

2. Security and Tunneling

ToroKick operates under a strict no-logs policy. Your network traffic, DNS queries, and browsing history are fully encrypted and securely tunneled. We do not intercept, monitor, or store the data passing through this tunnel.

3. Usage of Information

We use your data exclusively for the following purposes:

Facilitating account access and license management.
Improving the quality of services and user experience within the platform.
Communicating with you regarding your subscription and sending necessary alerts.
